Frequently asked questions
Straight to what matters.
What is Singularity?
Singularity Fintech LLC is a financial technology company connecting the customer experience with specialist providers of payments, fiat currencies and digital assets. It is not a bank.
How do I request access?
Complete the contact form and tell us whether you are an individual or business, your country, required currencies and approximate volume. We will review the case before starting verification.
Which fiat currencies are available?
The planned infrastructure supports USD, EUR, MXN, BRL, GBP and COP through compatible local rails. Final availability depends on country, profile, product and approval.
Why is USDC the primary asset?
It offers broad network compatibility and a strong operational fit for Europe and other markets. USD and USDC maintain a 1:1 relationship before fees and external costs.
Can I use USDT?
Yes, on request and only when the jurisdiction, product and network permit it. It adds 0.20 percentage points. It is not offered to customers in the European Economic Area.
Can I send to an external wallet?
Yes, if the asset, network and address are compatible. This mode has a different rate because it involves additional controls and infrastructure.
How are business rates calculated?
The percentage depends on completed monthly volume. Published tiers extend to one million euros; above that, we prepare tailored terms.
Is there a minimum fee?
Yes. Singularity’s minimum fee is €1.50 per completed transaction, plus any applicable external costs.
What does FX mean?
FX means foreign exchange. It applies when the origin and destination currencies differ, for example EUR to USD or MXN to USDC.
How long does a transaction take?
It depends on the banking rail, network, timing, receiving bank and any required review. We provide the available estimate; we do not promise one timeframe for every case.
Are all services available in every country?
No. A country may support onboarding while requiring separate approval for each currency or rail. There are also excluded jurisdictions and cases requiring enhanced due diligence.
Who safeguards or processes the funds?
Financial and digital-asset functions may be provided by independent providers. Contractual documents will identify each entity’s role before activation.
